I wake-up when it\u2019s pitch black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s blacker than black, a carbon sort of black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A black alleviated here and there by faded lemony yellowish electric lights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I wake-up when it\u2019s pitch black,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My senses tempered by the absence of light,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My eyes conjecturing the contours of my surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is something comforting by this void,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Something interiorized that merges with the outside<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And patiently waits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As time moves slowly, the blackness lingers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whispering a tender lullaby<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To the endless shades of shadows dancing in the corners of my eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I see. All of a sudden, I raise my head and I see\u2026 a blue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It\u2019s a dark almost black blue but it stands tall nonetheless in its blueness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It transpires, all encompassing, conquering valiantly the darkest shades of dusk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The blue rapidly turns into blues,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
United, they creep over the land<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And spread to the sky,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sparkle of a star slowly shimmers out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
